I have grown up with dogs and have always had a deep love for taking care of them. I was born into a family of two dog-loving parents and a yellow lab named Sammy. Since then, we've had a male Lhaso Apso named Tony, a female Chow Chow mix named Ana, and currently a male Wheaten Terrier named Sonny. There has literally never been a moment in my life where I did not own a dog, and since 2010 I have also volunteered at the New Rochelle Humane Society (walking, feeding, and socializing the cats and dogs). I truly know the ins and outs of dog care like the back of my hand -- its more than a job for me, its my lifestyle, and I hope that I can share my lifestyle with your and your furry friend! In addition to pet sitting and dog walking, I am also available to board your dog at my own home in the Country Club area of the Bronx, as long as you are ok with them sharing the space with my Wheaten Terrier, who is very friendly and submissive. I live only a few blocks away from Pelham Bay Park (New York City's largest park!) and would be able to take your dogs on plenty of walks through the park's best nature trails, and even the local dog run if your dog needs some socializing! If your dog is not that active, they would also be able to roam around in my fenced in backyard, or just loaf around anywhere in my two-story home complete with couches, doggy beds, food and water bowls, and all-natural doggy treats!
