As other reviewers have said, Heidi is prompt, cheerful, and has a genuine care for dogs. I however, had to change my plans on her after our stay started. My girlfriend's plans changed last minute and she would be in town for the weekend. Knowing that my dog would be happier with hers than alone in my apartment, I asked Heidi if she would mind cutting the stay short. Heidi was more than understanding. She really just wanted what was best for my dog. She met with my girlfriend as soon as she could to deliver my keys, and kept great communication with me throughout. She went above and beyond, and for that reason she'll always be my first pick on Rover... unless you book her first.

Heidi is a very trustworthy and loving dog sitter and dog walker. She stayed at our house for a week to dog sit and our dog was taken care of with amazing love and attention. Heidi made sure to send pictures and communicate with us while we were gone and our dog always looked extremely happy with her. Heidi took our dog for walks, played with her outside and inside, snuggled with her on the couch, and let her sleep in bed with her, as she made our dog first priority while here. After Heidi left, our dog kept going to the guest room and laying on the bed looking for Heidi, hoping she would be in there. I highly recommend anyone wanting their dogs pampered and given proper attention and love to use Heidi!
