Absolutely wonderful for our two dogs and constantly provided updates. I would highly recommend Heidi and thank you so much!

I'm sure Nala is well taken care of and when we have spoken with Heidi, she is very pleasant but unfortunately, we will no longer be using her service. I pay for Nala to be taken care of by Heidi, not her teenage children. I voiced that I was uncomfortable with them taking care of Nala after a not so great experience with her son who did not keep in touch with me the entire week my husband were out of state. No pictures, no updates except the one time his mom told him to. I was upset that I had to worry and contact Heidi for info when I was supposed to be relaxing! I have yet to even see the son's face. After voicing my concern and disappointment, I thought it was clear that I did not want the kids taking care of my dog. It happened again. It's unfortunate. If I'm going to pay money, then I feel my requests should be honored and if you can't, then be honest and upfront. I feel the lack of honesty on the son's part and lack of professionalism from Heidi isn't worth what she charges. Disrespect for how the owner feels about who takes care of their pet is unacceptable. I'm not sure it says in the profile that the teenage kids will be the caregivers.
