Pet care experience
We have each had dogs our entire lives. We currently have a 5 year old yorkie named Ember. One or both of us is always home! We live right off I-440. Your pet would not be left alone while visiting our house and we have a yorkie that loves to play with other dogs that lives here fulltime too! We have a fenced in backyard, an open floorplan house and plenty of room for pups to run and play! We love dogs and treat them all like family- if they want to sleep in the bed or their own bed either is fine with us! We allow dogs in every room and on all furniture always.

Obi absolutely loved staying with Heidi and Robert. When I came to get him, he was happy to see me but didn’t want to leave! They literally treated Obi like he was their own. They are so attentive and so loving and so accommodating. I received pictures and supplemental updates throughout the day every day that I was gone. Their hospitality is unreal. Their “client services” (catering to Obi) is unreal. Obi and I will definitely book Heidi & Robert again. We are just so grateful! 🥹❤️🐾
Heidi and Robert were great! Very responsive to our original inquiry, and every message thereafter while we set up the care. They are both extremely welcoming and personable with a wonderful little daughter. On our first visit (meet and greet), it was obvious in the first 2 minutes that these were the right people to look after our little Cici. Once we dropped her off, we received daily updates and pictures of Cici having a wonderful time along with kind messages about how well she was doing. Upon picking Cici up and returning home, we could tell she was missing her new temporary family. It was obvious that she had a great time and was extremely well taken care of. She slept for almost 24 hrs after she came home, which she does after exciting and fun vacations! Bottom line, we will be leaving Cici with Heidi and Robert without question anytime we need dog sitting help in the future!

We appreciate knowing any relevant information around the dog's health needs if any, if they are up-to-date on shots and how we can best make them feel comfortable. Knowing what a dog likes to do and how they like to play is helpful. We have a 3 year old daughter so having a dog that is safe with young children is a must.
A typical day
We live close to an amazing new dog park if your dog has energy to burn. We also enjoy our large fenced in back yard and playing fetch or tug of war with our pup and yours!

Availability
One or both of us is always home with your fur baby! We do frequent outdoor play and potty time supervised in our fenced in backyard.
