We have been working with Heidi & Mike now for about 4 weeks. They have been nothing short of excellent. Heidi is responsive, accurate, and extremely accommodating. My boyfriend and I both work odd schedules that changes weekly. Heidi has been able to work with us every week to fit the need of our puppy, Opie. She gets to our place when she says she’s going to, never being late. Heidi is also great at keeping us informed about her visits with Opie. Always taking pictures, leaving notes, letting us know if he peed/ pooped, drank or anything else of important. As many of you know, training a puppy requires consistency, including with other people. Heidi and Mike have been great in applying the appropriate training techniques with Opie, including usage of a clicker. Lastly, and most importantly, our puppy really enjoys their company. Heidi is just great! She is thoughtful and a great communicator. One of my dogs is very shy. She went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable and now he loves to see her come to the house! She is always quick to respond to messages and is super easy to work with. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pet.
