This is the second time we’ve used Heidi and she is great with our doggies. She sends lots of pictures and makes us feel like our pups are getting love when we can’t be there. Would recommend her and continue to use her when she is available.

Had some concerns when my stubborn bully chose not to go outside during one of her nighttime scheduled potty breaks while I was away. But Heidi came early the next day to check on my dog, let her out and clean up. So in the end I did come back to a happy and well cared for dog and house. It's when things don't go as planned that having someone reliable and willing to do a little extra is worth it. Would use Heidi again.
