Heidi took great care of our cats. I highly recommend her!

NEVER! My husband and I had to travel to Denver as my father-in-laws health is not good. I was very stressed about leaving our young dogs with a stranger for 8 days. I had never left them alone more than 2 hours at a time. When we met Heidi the dogs seemed to like her a lot so that made me feel good. She was to housesit in our home. I installed cameras so I could see my puppies were ok. From day one she didn't show up at our scheduled time. When I called her she said she got called into work! She didn't think to let us know. We had a flight to catch and I needed to show her things around the house! Long story short and thank goodness for the cameras, she pretty much only slept here and left them home alone ALL day. She'd send photos like she was here. One night it was after 9pm, my dogs had been home alone all day hadn't eaten she wouldn't answer her phone, I texted her Where are you? She texted me back after she got to my house and said she was at her boyfriends. Well after that we decided we had to cut our trip 2 by days. My daughter drove from Helena to relieve her until we got back. Our dogs were completely neglected. I would NEVER hire her to care for anything especially without cameras. Thing is, she knew the cameras were there. She lied about the time she would spend here, is completely irresponsible and careless.
