Call me the crazy animal lover. Working with animals brings me more joy than most humans ( shhhhhh :) It's not a job it's a it's a passion. As the old saying goes "Do what you love and the rest will come". Well HERE I AM following my passion in working with the greatest creatures on this planet.I have 10+ years experience working with animals from walking/running dogs, pet sitting in and out of my home as well as volunteering at local human societies and nursing homes with my dogs. I thank you for taking the time to read my bio and hope you allow me the opportunity to meet your "babies" so they can "tell" you just how much love I provide them while you have to be away.

heidi was amazing and went above and beyond for our dog. Our dog is not an easy, calm dog either! She has energy and can be a handful. Heidi cared for her so well and we could not be more pleased with her! We will for sure use her again!
We had a wedding in the Alexandria area & found Heidi to watch our 13 year old "pup". She was wonderful! She was very accommodating, sent us pictures & updates daily and made us feel so comfortable leaving our dog in her care. Highly recommend!!
I am so happy I found Heidi, she is absolutely, with out a doubt, a true animal lover! We live in Nashville and traveled up to Minnesota for vacation and could not bring our dog where we were going to stay. After reading Heidi’s profile and then meeting her via phone conversation prior to our pups stay I totally trusted she would take excellent care of our dog Maho...and she DID! Maho had a great time and had his own special vacation while at Heidi’s. He rode around in a golf cart, went on car rides, went for walks on the lake trails everyday, she is a runner like me so she even ran with him some which made Maho (and me) happy. He also swam in the lake, and ran around leash free with his new best fur and human friends. He enjoyed lots of love and attention from Heidi and the rest of her sweet family. She sent me photos and videos each day and responded immediately whenever I checked in via text. My only complaint is that she doesn’t live in Nashville so Maho could spend more time with her and her family, it is a blessing to find someone you can trust leaving your dog with…THANK YOU Heidi and family!!! I highly recommend Heidi and we will definetly rebook with her next year!
I have often used Heidi to dog sit (and cat sit!) and she's by far my favorite. She plays fetch with my pooches, gives them treats and ear rubs, loves up the cats, and even sends me pictures of the fun they are having without me. It is a huge relief to entrust my precious furbabies to someone like Heidi, knowing they will get just as much love as they would from me!

We live near a trail so will be sure to take walks on the trails and maybe even cool off at the lake (if owner approved) in the summer months. We have a large fenced in yard so will have plenty of time for free play or fetch. If you've been a good pup I will be sure to share my homeade doggy treats with you.
