My Dearest Rover Family, For the past 2+ years, it has been my extreme pleasure to care for your four-legged babies as my own. You have welcomed me into your homes and your hearts and for that I will always be forever grateful❤️. Working for Rover has been a great joy and it’s been a pivotal part of my journey. It is now time for me to embark upon the next part of my journey. It is with a heavy heart that I share this announcement with all of you. Effective September 26, 2018, I will no longer accepting any dog sitting. This includes in-home as well as boarding services. I will honor all appointments prior to September 26, 2018. I am relocating back to my home state of Ohio. I will miss you all! AMAZING!!!!
Heidi is a very nice person. We were her last booking before she moved out of state so I don’t know if she will continue being on rover in her new location. Heidi had two dogs and a turtle in her home as well as her children. My dogs were not used to cohabitation get with other dogs so Heidi offered a free overnight trial to ensure compatibility among the animals before the actual booking period. This was a tremendous help and alleviated some anxiety. Overall Heidi seemed dutiful in walking the dogs and feeding them, to include cooking some of the frozen meat meals I give my dogs. She sent photos almost daily and was responsive to inquiries.
Heidi was amazing! Neela had a great time and warmed up to her very fast. She had a blast running around with Heidi’s dogs. Heidi was great with sending pictures and letting me know how Neela was doing. i was very pleased with the stay and definitely will book her again!
This was our first time using rover and Heidi was fantastic! You can tell she genuinely loves all dogs. We knew our puppy was in good hands! She walked him, gave him treats, and sent pictures and videos. Jax also played so much with the other dogs! We knew he had a great time when he didn’t wake us up at 6am - he’s oversleeping which is rare! Thanks for everything Heidi. Highly recommend her!
