This was our first ever experience with leaving our four legged family member with anyone other than immediate family. It was a total success! Not only did Heidi take Duke last minute; we didn't know that pets were not allowed where we stayed for my daughter's wedding, we contacted Heidi later in the day and brought him in late. She was very gracious! Heidi treated Duke as one of her own. She kept us updated on his care without us having to chase it down. She also sent photos of him and how he was doing. Her property was very adequate and beautiful! It was the perfect place to raise children of both types! ;-D I would have no problem using Heidi's services again or of passing her Rover Contact info on to my friends. Thanks Heidi for a great, stress free experience!
