Heidi and her family are some of the best dog sitters you will ever find. I have left my pup, Bella, with them multiple times and each time she has been so happy and well taken care of. Heidi makes everything so easy, from pickups to drop offs (even when my flight was delayed and I had to come late on a Sunday night for pickup). She sends multiple photos and updates throughout your dogs stay and it is clear that the whole family loves and cares for your pup like they are part of the family. Even the kids help out with watching Bella and let her sleep in bed with them every night. My dog has separation anxiety and typically shakes when we approach a dog sitters house (even goods ones!), but not with Heidi. My dog practically dragged us out of the car and to her front door, excited to be going back. I am so thankful to have found a family that I can leave Bella with and not have to worry about a thing while I am gone.

Heidi and her family were absolutely wonderful! Between the communication and the photos - I actually wasn't sure if my dog would want to come home. I could tell Cliquot had the best time, and received lots of love, walks, and attention. Heidi navigated everything wonderfully and made me feel secure during the stay. I'm looking forward to having them watch her again!
