Heaven stayed in our home to pet sit our 11-year-old Greyhound for 10 nights. We had a “meet and greet” with Heaven ahead of time that went well. Heaven is very upbeat and pleasant and genuinely loves animals. We provided Heaven detailed written care instructions for our dog and some basic house rules. Overall, Heaven did not meet our expectations. On a positive note, our dog appears to have been well cared for and we are grateful for that. However, several specific areas for improvement include: Daily updates – we asked for daily updates on our dog and pics, we received a total of four. Ask to use things in the house – we said this to Heaven, and we included it in the written instructions we provided her, however she parked in the garage without asking, did laundry, and burnt something badly in a frying pan. We would have said yes, she could use these things, we would have preferred to have been asked. Be honest – at the “meet and greet”, Heaven told us she was waiting to hear about perspective employment. She also said her friend would come sometimes to help do things like take the dog on longer walks. We were not informed that Heaven’s employment status had changed, nor that her friend would be staying at the house full time. While we are grateful that our dog was not left unattended for long periods of time, we feel like this was important information to tell us. Follow through – in addition to feeding, watering, and walking our dog, we asked Heaven to do a few tasks while staying in our home, specifically, we asked her to get the mail, take out the trash/recycling (and bring the cans back out of the street), and to water 3 plants hanging on the front porch. Heaven agreed to do these things, yet all these tasks needed several reminders to get done. We know the dog didn’t get walked several days, the mailbox was full of mail when we got home, and the plants never got watered. At no time during our 10-day trip did we feel comfortable with what was happening at our home, making it stressful for us. For this reason, we do not recommend Heaven.

Heaven is absolutely amazing. My dog is a rescue and She did great with her. I highly recommend Heaven if you need help with your pets. Heaven is great with Cat too. We love her and will be using her again.
