My family and I are dog lovers and love to have them in our lives. We are a family of 6 with 3 young kids and 1 pup who love to play outside, go to the dog park, and go on hikes, as well as chilling out and cuddling on the couch. We love all dogs of all breeds, of all sizes, and of all ages. We will make sure your dog or dogs feel right at home while we look after them. We look forward to helping keep your dog or dogs happy and cared for while you are away.

Heather and her family are the best! Our puppy loves staying with them. It’s his home away from home. Heather keeps me up to date and sends lots of pics/videos. Toby has so much fun with them, from visiting the dog park to nap time and lounging.

Dogs will not be left alone for more than an hour at my home, depending on the dogs needs. Dogs will also be separated while they are unattended unless they are from the same household. I give my dog lots of attention and plan to give your pets plenty of attention if they allow it. My pup also loves to play but can be a bit much for some dogs, if this is the case I can keep her separate. I will keep a close eye and make sure your pets are comfortable in my home. I’m great with both cats and dogs and will make sure they get the care that they need while I’m caring for them. As mentioned before, I do like to go to the dog park. So please be sure to inform me if you are not comfortable with that. When coming to your home I am always respectful to neighbors and your property. I can follow specific instructions for your cats or dogs care. I do not bring any others with me when coming to your home except for my children if I need to.

Information Heather Y. would like to know about your pet
I do not have any breed or age preferences but I do have three young children between the ages of 6 and 12, so the dog or dogs must be kid friendly. My children are used to being around dogs and are dog friendly as well. I also have an unspayed female Lab and Doberman mix who is 2 years old. She has been socialized with both small and large dogs and gets along with both. I do ask that your dog be potty trained, clean, socialized and friendly with other dogs if they will be boarding or daycare in my home.
A typical day
Our favorite place to go on walks is the Lawler Ranch dog park trail and the One Lake walking trail. We like to play tug of war, throw ball, hide and seek treats, water fun, practice basic commands, belly rubs, and cuddles.

Availability
I am currently home full time so I have plenty of time to attend to your pets. I take the kids to school at 7:35 a.m. and pick up from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
