Heather said she lost her phone, and that is why she didn't meet me, give me her actual home address, or make any attempt to contact me when I arrived in her neighborhood at our pre-arranged time to drop off my pet. I met many of her kind neighbors while going door-to-door trying to find her. When she did contact me to apologize she said that Rover will not let you log into their system any other way than using the sitter's cell phone- if that is true, I suggest changing that policy so sitters can access information using a laptop, someone else's phone or give them a number to call so they can contact their customers without their own cell. I was able to google a phone number and call Rover and they attempted to email her, but they also said they didn't have her actual address, so couldn't help me find her. This was my first time using Rover or any other pet sitting service and was one of the most stressful evenings of my life.

Ms Heather has had my pup twice now and being a new dog mom I feel very cautious about who he’s with. Both times she had him he came home happy and seemed like he was definitely loved while I was gone. She’s amazing! Both times I needed a last minute booking and she and her family made themselves available. If you are in the Sebastian area she is your lady !!! 5 stars for me
