My name is Heather, and I love animals! I have 3 kids (10,15,17), 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, and a bearded dragon! I have worked in the animal field for about 20 years (off and on) as a surgical technician, and have worn "many hats" in the industry! I am comfortable watching most breeds in my house except those known to be aggressive (especially towards children and other dogs), and those that are teeny tiny (because I have children!). All of my kiddos have been raised with furry/reptile friends and know to treat all of our visiting friends with love and respect...and lots of cuddles! I know how stressful leaving a pet can be when going on vacation, and I want to help ease some of that stress! I do require a meet and greet for this very reason. I want to make sure before you entrust your furry friend with me that we have addressed any questions or concerns you may have! I live in very close proximity to open spaces and walking trails, and love to take advantage of beautiful weather. Depending on your dog's individual health/age, daily walks will be on the agenda! For those older dogs or less mobile ones, I have an easily accessible patio in the backyard that is a wonderful place to lounge and take it easy! I look forward to meeting each and every one of your furry friends!
