Pet care experience
My name is Heather and I’m a dog mom to Louie a mini schnauzer, cat mom to Callie and three animal loving young adults. . We have discontinued with our dog boarding as both of our animals are aging and trying to not create stress in their environment. We do miss our extended furry family. Louie has been great with sharing his toys and chews with other dogs and enjoyed making new friends through the last few years. Callie our Calico cat has shown great patience with welcoming our furry guests in and has made a few dog friends in that time. Our Rover business is solely home visits whether you need your dog checked in on while you’re out for the day or for us to care for your cats when you’re out of town. This is something that both myself and my daughter do. Tian is an 18 year old MC College student, she has been an integral part to our Rover business through the years and thoroughly enjoys helping with the animal care. We always like to set up a meet and greet before so we can go over care and get to know your animals. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend!

I met Heather and her daughter Tian for a meet and greet. Very friendly and animal loving people! I booked with Tian to walk my dog Boh throughout the week while I was in school and she was very punctual. They even gave me their personal numbers in case I had any questions or needed to contact them directly! Boh loved his walks and play time with Tian, I will definitely use them in the future! Thanks Tian!!

Tian did a wonderful job taking care of my four cats. I would definitely recommend her and will book her next time we need to go away.
It was my first time using Rover. Heather was very helpfull and quick to respond. I think my cat had a good time while I was away. Next time I am away I will ask Heather to look after my cat!

I work split shifts at Anytime Fitness as a personal trainer/coach so I have afternoons available while Tian is available in the evening after school.
