As Heather's' mom, I have witnessed my wonderful daughter's passion for animals throughout of her life. As a little girl she was always so excited about not only cats and dogs, all animals1 She loved animal books, adored and loved, played with and cared stuffed animals, animals toys. Favorite animal movies per watched many times over and over, she had animal posters in her room, etc. When she was just three I took her to rescue a cat from our local animal shelter, and we adopted Nancy. Heather adored and loved Nancy like a little sister, and Nancy lived 17+ years. We were gifted a little sheltie puppy that had been stillborn and revived, but could not be adopted out from his litter. Rex and Nancy were true loved members of our family, and Heather her brothers spent much time with them. Nancy and Rex were petted, fed, groomed even pushed around in her baby strollers, and played with outside with Heather and her brothers and all the children in the neighborhood. Heather passed on and shared her love for animals with her brothers and neighborhood friends. Heather would play with Rex in our back yard, setting up and running an obstacle course. I was just amazed at how Rex just adored Heather and was so happy to play along and enjoyed the treats and attention, and lived to be 16 years old. Heather has cared for and loved many kinds of pets throughout her life, and I have witnessed her love and care for them all with all her heart. Heather has been a responsible pet owner, caring for her pets and animals and loving them more than any other person I know, spending her time and resources with her pets, making sure they have everything and the best of everything they need and more! Heather has studied online to work in a vetrinary hospital. As an adult, she has shared her strong passion, caring for, and loving animals with our family, her husband, her son, and in-laws. I am delighted that she is going to continue share her passion, knowledge and experience with more lucky animals and their families. I know Heather is an excellent for this because she is a very nice, personable, honest, dependable, responsible, trustworthy person! Thank you.
