I am a friendly, reliable 32 year old woman who loves dogs. I am looking to earn a little extra money doing something that I enjoy and that helps others out, and Rover seems like the perfect fit! I was lucky enough to rescue a very sweet Chihuahua mix five years ago, and I know that it can be stressful finding a sitter when you can't take the little (or big) guy with you. I would love to help alleviate that stress for other dog owners :) I had to say a very difficult goodbye to my little buddy earlier this year, and I really just love being around dogs so I would love to help you out! We had asked Heather to watch our young dog for short afternoon walks while we were out at work. She was always on time, sent me photos while she was with our pup, and is very flexible and dependable. Will definitely ask for Heather's help again in the near future!
Heather is one of the nicest friends that I have and somebody whom I trust implicitly with anything, in particular my own dog Manna. She is well travelled, and has lived abroad. She has great passion and love for animals, and she is a great dog sitter, and takes great pride in her work. I would recommend her without hesitation. My dog Manna loves Heather, always wags her tail and gives her kisses – dogs don’t lie!

I love to play with dogs and/or snuggle with them, depending on their personality! Based on a conversation with the dog's owner, I will keep to the dog's normal routine while making sure the dog feels loved and gets the attention and affection it wants and deserves. This includes making sure it is taken for all walks and potty breaks, as well as getting time outside or with its favorite toys!
