Hello! My name is Heather and I have been working with dogs my whole life. I house sit/pet sit and am currently going to Edinburgh University to become a veterinarian. I love walking dogs and spending as much time with them as possible. I love ALL pets and I enjoy working with/feeding cats, horses, guinea pigs/other small mammals, snakes plus other reptiles, and birds. No dog is too big or fish too small. I am currently working on my pet CPR certification to always make sure your pet will be safe in my care. My schedule is open, especially during summer, (and I live 5 minutes away from University so your pets will not be left alone for long) and I would love the opportunity to spend time with your best friend!

Heather M. took excellent care of our Sadie. They got along just great, and it was easy to go away, knowing our "baby girl" was in good hands. She even took her on her favorite, A CAR RIDE. Thank you again Heathet.
Heather was a great sitter. She played with the dogs, walked with them in the neighborhood and in the field where they feel "free". She was here much of the time so they never felt really alone. I will definitely use her again! She even brought them treats!
Heather is AWESOME! I have a very high energy 2 year old lab and two cats. She took the time to exercise my lunatic dog and deal with all of her shenanigans, and pay special attention to my kitty with cancer. She was excellent with check ins and pictures. Our travel plans got delayed by about half a day and she was happy to stay with the dog until we finally made it. The house was exactly as we left it and all of the animals seem happy and well taken care of. We will use her again without a doubt. I feel so comfortable leaving my animals in her care.

I have a fenced in garden and love going on walks. We do not have any indoor pets and will not double book pets without consent. I do have outdoor rabbits but taking your dogs on walks is what I would prefer to do.

I love all dog breeds. All I need to know is if your dog is friendly and sociable around other dogs. Your dog cannot have fleas or any other parasites.
A typical day
We have a yard and a big grassy area right outside the house where we can walk and play! I also always take dogs on at least 2 walks a day (unless otherwise specified). Just let me know what your fur baby needs!

Availability
I am currently in university but live very close to my campus and your pets would not be left alone for longer than 4 hours. Puppies would probably require more attention than this but you can always message for more info. I live with a flatmate who is also keen to help out with pet chores.
