Not satisfied by any means. I was not allowed into the home to see where my family's pet, Denim, would be staying during the time in which I had to leave town. It was not until the second day that recieved any update on how Denim was doing. I was told by her son upon pick up that Denim slept in the bed with him during her stay, not in the crate that I left with Heather to be used during her stay. Upon getting home, I discovered Denim's crate was damaged in multiple places. I sent pictures and videos to Heather asking about the damage because it was not explained at pickup (nor was she present at the drop off or pick up) that any damage was done. Heather is unwilling to take any accountability nor do anything to rectify this matter despite the crate no longer being able to function because it no longer locks and is bent at the door opening, stating it was not her fault and no other dog caused the damage despite the fact that there was another pittbull present in the pictures that were sent to me in the update. I have used this same crate with several other sitters in the past and never had an issue. I have used Rover.com for years and never experienced the sitter being absent at pick up and drop off, Denim panting for water as soon as I laid eyes on her until getting home to hydrate her, or anything property being damaged. Very unsatisfied.
