We have a fenced yard where your dog can run and play with our dog! Two kids to help walk in the trails or urban streets. We love to snuggle and love on all dogs!

Heather and her daughter took care of my timid rescue pup today and I am blown away by this families care! They kept me updated throughout the day and my little guy was at home so quickly! Their adorable pup Mitzi is extremely friendly and they played all day! Can’t wait to drop Felix off again!
Heather is a positive and caring person who loves all living things! Heather and her family adopted a Mexican Street Dog whom they have brought into their home with much love. Heather is a nature enthusiast who likes to bike, hike and run. Being caring and compassionate, looking after other people's pets is a great fit for Heather. We have a fenced yard, can take your dog into nearby trails, and/or we live urban so can walk near downtown. We are very flexible with the amount of energy and care your dog needs.We are early risers if your dog is too! We do have some chickens in a coop in our yard. Dogs do not come in contact with them, except will see them through a wire fence.

What level of exercise your dog needs, if it gets along well with other dogs, where it sleeps at night, how it can be left home alone and be comfortable and safe. Will your dog be okay with chickens (that are caged in the yard and will not be in contact with dogs)?
A typical day
We will go for urban and or trail walks or runs. We live close to a great trail network. We also like to play in the backyard with toys and playing fetch.

We can do daily exercise and we may need to leave the dog for small portions of the day when we do errands or have kids activities. Dogs can play in the backyard as well.
