Hello, my name is Heather. I've been an animal and dog lover my whole life and have cared for them for as long as I can remember. I have such a passion for learning everything I can about them, how their minds and bodies work, how they communicate with us humans, etc. I have worked at boarding kennels and doggy daycares in the past and have been pet sitting for years. I also have experience in dog grooming and can fully bathe and groom your dogs ((everything but haircuts)). Pet sitting is my one and only job so your pups will have 24/7 care. I am dedicated to providing a 5-star experience for both you, the owner, and your pets. I have 2 Yorkshire Terrier/Havanese mixed dogs. One who I've had since she was a baby and she gets along with everybody, both humans and other dogs and the other I got when she was already 1.5 yrs old and had some behavioral issues. She is getting much better everyday as we continue to work on her. Whether its just for a work day or you need overnight care, I am here to provide my absolute best in caring for your furbabies. During my time working at kennels, I have taking care of up to 160 dogs at a time, with my co-workers of course! I'm experienced and comfortable in administering medications. I also have experience in caring for seniors, puppies & special needs dogs. I can safely take care of your beloved pet and give my 100% attention, care and love to him or her. I give my all and very best to each and every dog I meet, as if they were my own and I can and will take care of cats and all other small animals such as bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, etc. *I send all pets home clean, smelling great, and well taken care of. **You will always get updates and pictures/videos on the well being of your dog while your away. ***My rates include: 24/7 ; around the clock care, playtime, trail walks, hiking, swimming or playing in snow (depending on the season), tonss of human attention, love and snuggling time!! And then of course the obvious things like sticking to their normal feeding routines, giving any medications your dog may need to take, potty breaks, walks and if they have any set schedule that they would usually stick to at home then they would stick to that same schedule here. Your pets even get sent home with either a "Pawgress Report" to let you know everything they did during their stay with us, a take home bag full of all different types of treats and goodies ((All treats given are all natural, Healthy* treats)) OR a new toy for them! =D **** Just a heads up, I charge a DAILY rate, not a nightly rate, as do most pet sitting companies and boarding facilities. The difference is here they wouldn't be sitting in a cage all day long and playtimes, swimming, etc. wouldn't cost you extra money. Everythingg is included in the one daily rate! =) Because Rover doesn't have a daily option right now for overnight boarding, they will give you an estimate for a nightly rate which then I have to go in and adjust the price to add on the extra day that they don't charge for. **** If you have ANY questions or concerns at all, please, do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible. The best experience we have ever had with leaving our furBaby. Heather was amazing, my puppy was definitely loved and spoiled the entire time. I got constant updates throughout my trip which gave me a huge peace of mind. Bowser came home smelling nice and clean and Heather even sent in a goodie bag for him! ?
My dog doesn't enjoy doggie daycare but was very happy staying with Heather and her sweet dogs.
Heather was fantastic! She was very friendly and so loving with my dog, Apollo. He was clearly a happy puppy and was treated very well while staying with Heather. I love all the photos she sent us, it made us feel so comfortable even though we were on a mini vacation. The goodie bag for Apollo is an incredible touch and so thoughtful. Thanks Heather!

The Safety and well-being of your pets are of l the utmost importance to me and they will always have constant supervision. We always have so much fun playing and getting plenty of exercise in for those pups that need it but also allow the pups to have their down time and relax too. I always do my best to try and keep the same level of care and routines that your pup would normallly have at home. For example, if your oet sleeps in the bed with you at night, then we allow them to do the same here, same goes for anywhere else they would usually sleep at home. Another example would be during feeding times and going for walks, etc. If they usually eat/walk at saay, exactly 9am and 9pm at home, then that is the exact times I would feed/walk them here. I like to keep it as comfortable as possible for both you as the pet owner annd for your pets! ☺

A typical day
I live in a townhouse in a great neighborhood for walking and also live right across from the walking trails, which most dogs LOVE to walk. I also go to the dog park frequently. During the cold winter months we play in the snow a lot, only if your dog likes snow. Whether its playing at the dog park, trail walking, hiking, swimming at a pool or lake or just relaxing and cuddling up...Your baby will be in great hands and have the best vacation ever =) Depending on your dog and your preferences, he/she can either sleep in their bed, my bed or in a crate. During your dogs stay there will always be someone here with them, either myself or my now husband, Tim ((We've been together for over 13 years but just got married in June of 2018!)). But for the majority of the time, it'll be me =D

Your pups will be supervised at alll times. I myself or my husband Tim, who helps me out with the pups if I have to run out, will be around 24/7 to care for your pets so they will always have constant, around the clock supervision =)
