Pet care experience
Since I was a baby, I've been raised around dogs and other animals; I am 37 now so I have quite a bit of experience. We had a Sheepdog, a couple Huskies and a Lhaso Apso, along with a few different cats and rabbits. Now, my own little family owns a 8 yr old half Husky/half Golden Retriever named Angel, as well as a cat of the same age, named Zoe. Our two girls Love playing together and chasing each other around the house; they will keep you laughing for hours. I am the go-to dog sitter for a couple family members/close friends and enjoy every minute of it! I have been around much older dogs that could barely see, hear or walk so I know they need extra care and attention, and more patience must be shown. Regarding administering medications, I have had to give pills and injections to dogs and cats so I know how to be gentle and keep them comfortable. I have also have quite a bit of experience with changing dressings from wounds due to surgeries or a fight so that would not be an issue. I just want your pet to be as happy and healthy as possible!

Information Heather K. would like to know about your pet
I am comfortable with any/all breeds. Would like to know if there is anything that could possibly set the dog off, and how I can best control/calm it down?
A typical day
Go to dog parks (w/ owners permission), walk to nearby parks and ponds, find different animal friendly events to visit around town, etc.
