Pet care experience
Wes and I know know it can be hard to leave a pet behind since they are part of the family, but you have nothing to worry about when they stay with or are cared for by us. I've been a dog owner for almost 25 years, and I'm skilled when it comes to dog training and productive play, and he loves animals more than anyone I know. I've cared for dogs of all ages, and when pooches stay with us, they get lots of walks, snuggles, play, and time to run at the park. You will receive lots of pictures and updates, so you know your dog is not only in excellent hands but also having an enjoyable time! We have one very sweet pooch at home to keep your dog company, and he does well with dogs of all ages. He likes to play if played with, but if your dog isn’t much of a player or is older, Zephyr is excellent at respecting boundaries.

This was our first time using Rover and Heather was wonderful at not only helping feeling at ease, but also our two dogs. She was not only let them outside, fed and played with them, but also delivered medication. Will definitely look to schedule with Heather again in the future!

There is a lot of green space, trails, and parks by my place, so your pooch will have lots of opportunities to explore outside if that’s something they like, or if they are more of a couch snuggles, we will gladly provide all the snuggles and scratches they like! We make sure pooches are leashed and safe always.

Do they take any medications or have any allergies? How do they typically sleep - in a dog bed, crate, or with humans?How are they with other dogs? This information will help me make your pooch feel comfortable and safe.
A typical day
Your pooch will get lots of sniff walks and snuggles. We will play with toys and go to the dog park. If you’d like, I can work on some training with your pooch, too, to hone their skills and stimulate their mind.

Availability
I’m a teacher on summer break, so I have ample time to play with and exercise your pup. I’m pretty much available any day and time except for a two week vacation in July.
