Heather was attentive, responsive, timely, and fun. She kept us posted on her timing and was very communicative during the day walks. Especially during this stressful time it helps to have someone you can count on. My wife and I could not more highly recommend having Heather watch your dog (or cat for that matter)!

Heather has taken care of my pets for a number of times now and I've always been very satisfied with how well she's taken care of both my dog and cat. Both my pets are rescue animals and can be skiddish and anxious around unfamiliar faces, she has a gentle approach to them and is very patient and kind. After only a couple visits, my pets were comfortable around Heather and she has given them kind and loving attention while I am away. She is consistent about dropping in to visit them and makes sure the dog goes on a long enough walk, picks up their mess and cleans the litter box, and feeds them as we have asked. She also spends quality time with them with every visit, and is not one to just go and feed them and then leave immediately. She had a cat of her own and I trust that she knows how to care for other peoples' animals in the same way.
