Heather is bright, personable, and responsible. Also, she is genuine in her affection for and knowledge of dogs. My "difficult" dog, who barks loudly and scares all visitors was instantly smitten with her. I had to wrestle the dog off the couch when Heather sat down. She was prepared for our meet and greet and asked pertinent questions, showing that she had put thought into the visit. Heather has her own pups and the fact that she has experience with common dog issues is very reassuring. The overnight stay went without a hitch, photos were texted, and I could not be happier. I look forward to having Heather visit again soon!
