Pet care experience
I am an experienced dog owner who is currently without a dog. I am home most days and would love to help watch your dog and have a walking partner. I grew up in a household full of dogs and love all shapes and sizes with a preference toward hyper allergenic and over the age of 4. They all make me smile and I try to make them smile too. I have plenty of indoor and outdoor dog safe space. I do have one old cat who is used to dogs -if your dog is not cat friendly this probably won’t work however. My husband works from home and my college daughter is home only on breaks. We all love to pat and scratch dogs so there will be no shortage of attention. House trained only please.

Such an animal lover! Heather cared for her own dog for many years by taking him on long walks on a local hiking trail, grooming him, and giving him her full attention. This is a great environment for your dog who will receive nothing but exceptional care!
Heather is a responsible and loving individual. I have first hand experience watching her with dogs, and she treats them with nothing but kindness. I think her high energy and positive attitude would make her a great dog sitter/walker.

A typical day
If your dog likes to take walks I’m glad to take them into the neighborhoods where there are we few cars for a mile or two. I have a good space in the backyard to play fetch and I will talk a lot to your dog during the day as I work on the porch or in my office
