Heather was so nice to our baby. Her baby River was so sweet, also. During our trip, she sent us several pics and videos and provided daily updates. I would definitely recommend Heather for any pup owner who is apprehensive of leaving the pup behind for a trip. We will use her service again on our future trip!

Heather was beyond any expectation. My dog Lucas was treated like a member of the family, extremely well cared for. And when he was discovered with fleas, she eliminated them with skillful attention. I couldn't recommend anyone better than Heather to care for your dog while you're away! She's simply the best!

Prior to accepting any new bookings
All new guests must answer the following during our initial contact via messenger:
**********************************************************************************************

Is your dogs Rabies Vaccination current? Please provide a copy of the documentation at the Meet and Greet.

Is your dog spayed or neutered?

Is your dog treated monthly for fleas, ticks and heart worms?

If you answered NO to any of the previous questions, I apologize but, I cannot take your dog on as a client. I have the welfare, health and safety of my current clients and my own dog to think about.

Is your dog house trained? Depending on severity and frequency of accidents and how you are training them, I may or may not take them on as a client.

**********************************************************************************************
Next, I will schedule a meet and greet with you at a local dog park. During the meet and greet I will interact and play with your dog and observe how River and your dog behave towards each other. If I agree to take your dog and you on as a new client I will provide you with some paperwork asking for the following:

Does your dog have any medical issues or needs? Injections? Pills? (Please provide medications and schedule)

What day is your dog treated monthly for fleas, ticks and heart worms? Will I need to treat them during their stay?

Name, company, address and phone number of your dogs Veterinarian?

If you have a personal Pet Insurance Company and the policy number?

Does your dog play well with other dogs? Small? Large?

Is your dog friendly towards people?

Is your dog friendly towards children? (It's been my experience that not all parents teach their children to ask permission before approaching a strange dog)

Is your dog happier roaming free or crated during the day? (If crating is preferable please bring your dogs crate)

Suffer from separation anxiety?

Suffer from food guarding?

Is your dog free fed or fed on a schedule?

Suffer from leash agression?

Walked on a strict schedule or a certain distance daily?

Afraid of thunder and lightning?

Does your dog prefer to sleep with you or in their own bed? If I find that your dog has a flea or skin problem they will not be allowed in the bedroom with River and I.

Is your dogs Escambia/Santa Rose county dog license and tag current? No to this will mean I cannot take your dog with River and I to public events like Bark in the Park, Paws on Palafox or Public Dog Parks or restaurants.
