Heather is the best thing that could happen to our dogs, Dirk and Matrix.  We were scheduled to go out of town for the weekend, and our usual sitters were also planning to be out of town.  A colleague told us about Rover, and since we had no other option, decided to take a chance.  It was probably the best decision we could have made. Heather met up with us at a nearby park, provided tons of information about her experience and answered every question we had, as first time users of the service.  She lives relatively close to our home (which was a big deal for us).  The experience was great and we felt rest-assured knowing that Heather would be taking care of the dogs in our absence. We opted for the house visit option.  Heather visited the dogs 3x a day to feed and take them out for potty breaks.  She even offered to walk them outside, so they could get some exercise.  I'm sure they loved every moment of the experience. We would absolutely recommend Heather for your pet sitting needs.  She's kind, attentive to detail, and goes well above and beyond to ensure your pet(s) comfort and overall well-being.  We certainly plan to hire her again if the opportunity comes up.
