*Covid-19 update - I take your's and your family's health and safety seriously! I wear a mask and maintain social distancing during all meet & greets as well as and anytime I need to leave your home for any reason. I have hand sanitizer on my person at all times and wash my hands frequently. I will wipe down all hard surfaces in your home touched by me with antibacterial cleanser and wash all bedding/linens used during overnight stays prior to my departure at no additional charge to you if you wish me to do so.* Hi, I'm Heather and I have a passion for animals! I have over 10 years of professional experience ranging from Lead Surgical Veterinary Technician for the SPCA of Texas to Animal Services Officer for the City of Plano. I also have over 10 years of pet-sitting experience caring for a myriad of different pet species. I am experienced in animal handling, providing medical care for animals, and I have experience sitting pets with unique personalities and behavior quirks. My Fiance and I have three fur babies of our own and I love meeting new furry (and not so furry) friends! Pet-sitting is my full-time gig, so you can be assured that your family members will get my full attention during the time you are away. I am a non-smoker and own reliable transportation. OVERNIGHT STAYS/ HOUSE SITTING: For each overnight stay I offer you and your pets my full attention (not just overnight), exercise/play time, lots of love and cuddles (if that is your pet's thing), administration of medications, poop scooping the yard & litter boxes, watering plants, bringing in the mail/packages, taking out the trash/recycling, and the peace of mind knowing your home and pets are well taken care of. DROP IN VISITS: I offer a walk/play time/cuddles, refill food/water, administer medications and any other needs you may request that fall within the allotted visit time such as: bring in mail, change blinds, turn on lights, etc. I strongly encourage a meet and greet before the start of service (at no charge to you). This will allow me to meet you and your pet, see how your pet responds to me and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Heather is hands down the best! She stayed with our sweet boy while on vacation at our home and I couldn't have asked for a better experience & person. She stayed in communication with me and loved our boy just like we do! We will most definitely be using Heather any time we need someone for our dog!

Our first time having Heather watch our spoiled dogs. I have to say that she impressed me already on her first visit. I can already tell that she’s very knowledgeable about dogs. She’d send me pictures of my dogs during walks and updated me about what my dogs are up to. I would definitely hire her again. I feel like we found a sitter that we would entrust with our dogs over and over again.
Heather did great! Always on-time, listened to feeding directions for my cats, and took good photos for each visit. Had great, prompt communication!
