Hi! My name is Heather. I love animals! Especially dogs! All breeds and sizes. In the past, I bred and raised Great Danes. I also lived on a farm in KY, where I took care of many different animals. Chickens, ducks, guineas, sheep/lambs, goats/kids, a donkey, horses, dogs, cats and kittens. While in KY, I rescued a few dogs. A Beagle, two Jack Russell Terriers, a German Shepherd, and two hound mixes. I graduated from the Middlesex Community College after completing the Vet Assistant course. Being a Vet Assistant did not turn out to be my passion, but working with animals definitely is! I have also received my certificate after completing the “Pet First Aid & Disaster Response” training program. I am also insured through Pet Care. Currently, I do not have any pets, but my Husband and I are planning to adopt a dog in the very near future. I know how important our pets are to us. They are a part of the family. They all have their own personalities, quirks, likes and dislikes. That is why we love them! We want them to be safe, happy, and all their needs taken care of when we are away. I love how Heather pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew our little guy: from his treats and his routine down to the way he likes to play with his toys. I never worried a minute while we were out of town because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that our Elvis didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in his own routine at home. We HIGHLY recommend Heather and her pet sitting services to ALL my friends with furry people. Don’t even worry about stressing or planning for a trip to the kennel, just let Heather come over and take care of your little family at home. AND, she will update you as often as you’d like regarding your pets and their behavior. Call her today!! Heather is the best!!
We went away for the weekend and Heather stayed at our home to take care of Hugo. This was her first stay at our home and the first time watching our dog. Heather came to our house two times before the actual scheduled stay. The first time for an initial meet and greet and the second time so Hugo could spend a bit more time with her and I also reviewed our home with her in more detail. Heather was very through during the meet and greet with a check list that consisted of many questions to ensure she knew everything about Hugo and all necessary info about our home. The second visit, we sat on the floor so Hugo could interact with Heather (he loved her and she was very sweet to him), and we brought Hugo for a walk. Heather sent pics and videos of Hugo while we were away and the house was spotless when we returned. I think Hugo really enjoyed Heather and we are looking forward to using her again.
Heather is so dependable! I am so happy I found her to look after my two kitties. Thank you Heather!!
Heather was a God send for me. On short notice she was able to come to my apartment and look after my two cats. As a travel nurse, I am on assignment for 13 weeks and then move somewhere else. I needed to go out of town for a wedding and I didn’t want my cats boarded in an unfamiliar environment. Heather came to my apartment and the two cats interacted with her almost immediately.. Heather took notes and asked questions so she could take care of them. I highly recommend her to care for your pets.
