I am a Veterinary Assistant with 15 years experience. I am a full time feather & fur mom & also working towards my degree online as a Veterinary Technician. My zoo includes my 11 year old 4lb one-eyed shihtzu named Mollee. I also have my blind Calico Macaw named Kokomo, my big baby bird who is a Scarlet Macaw named Bozo and my baby bird named Frostee who is an Umbrella/Blue-Eyed Cockatoo mix. I've successfully administered oral and injectable medications while working as a Veterinary Assistant and have a few fur clients that need medications such as these. I have years of experience with blind, deaf and disabled dogs, cats and large birds. I'm also very comfortable with handling all types of pet personalities. In my spare time I help successfully train older parrots with behavioral issues as well as do wing and nail trims for other feathered babies. My service areas include: Oak Island, Caswell Beach, Southport, St. James Plantation and Boiling Spring Lakes. I am currently available when needed, discounts and multi pet discounts available upon meet and greet. I do not board animals in my home but will do drop in visits and walks. My pets are use to staying home with me. I can visit your pets upon their scheduled needs, feed them, give them love as well as cater to any special needs your pets may have.
