We cannot express enough how GREAT Heather is. Our original sitter cancelled a couple days before our weekend cruise (crisis #1) - she was very welcoming and agreeable with watching both our pups on such short notice, on a Holiday weekend, no less! After dropping off the dogs and heading out of town, we finally make it to the cruise port the next day only to find the cruise line would be extending the cruise by 3 days due to routing us away from hurricane Dorian (crisis #2) - Heather was calm cool and collected and helped us modify the pups reservation to keep them as long as the cruise would take. Not only did she make sure my older dog had all his meds ready for the extended stay (super important), she kept a close eye and helped both our dogs adapt to her puppy, kept us updated with pics and an opened line of communication, and even checked on us! Heather was super flexible and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Heather was very quick at responding to messages . She was good at keeping in contact and sending pictures of Ember while we were away. Ember seemed to have a fun time while with Heather and came home exhausted. Highly recommend Heather and will use her services when needed again!
