Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Heather, for house-sitting, at least. She was great with my pups in the meet and greet. She made a great first impression, sweet, attentive, etc. I paid for Heather to house sit my two pups over the weekend. Due to her close proximity to my house, I didn't mind if she didn't stay overnight but stressed that I would appreciate her spending as much time as she could at my house. She agreed. I explained how my pups were fed and she was on top of it. Upon returning, my old dog had peed in the house 5 times. He doesn't pee inside unless we are gone for 6-7 hours. He never even pees overnight but does need to go out first thing in the morning. He peed in 5 different places in a 60-hour period that we were gone. This told me that she just dropped in and didn't spend the time that I paid her to spend, aka house sitting! Then, I realized that she had not fed my big dog according to the instructions and his room where he stays when no one is home was FILTHY, which has never happened when we have been gone for even 8 hours. I have contacted Heather and have tried to talk with her for 2 weeks since this happened. I indicated my disappointment and just wanted to know what happened and see if it was something that she wanted to rectify. She has now gone unresponsive, with no explanation as to why. I even indicated that if she would talk with me, I would not leave her a negative review. I really liked Heather personally and she was great with the dogs. She seemed to be dedicated to the dog she walked at lunch every day but she obviously didn't show the same dedication to my pups over a long weekend. I cannot recommend her for house sitting.

Heather was AMAZING! She let us come over and meet her and her dogs first so that Lola (and myself!) would be comfortable! She sent pictures and texts the whole time letting me know how Lola was and she looked so happy which made me feel better about leaving. It was such a great experience and I will definitely be asking Heather to watch Lola in the future!
