Heather did great with my dogs on their meet and greet both times she came by to see them. However, some of the things I asked for weren’t done. Such as letting me know when she was on her way, taking my dogs out when she came and before she left, as well as not listening to which harness went on which dog...I also made her aware of my parents trip and me needing her for longer and not knowing when my parents would be back. I wasn’t told when she was going on her trip until I messaged her two days before I would’ve needed her on a Sunday. I had made it known ahead of time I needed someone who could help me with my dogs while my parents were away, as well as asking if she’s available on Sunday. With all this being said she then argued with me about what I said to her because she just went off of the days I had booked. If I asked about a Sunday then it should’ve been said that she was leaving. I feel as though this was unprofessional and she didn’t listen to me at all on the first initial visit. My dogs were in good health and I appreciate the help with my dogs she did provide however I’m very displeased with the service provided.

Heather did a great job taking care of our dogs while staying in our home. Our beagle enjoyed playing with her dog too. Heather kept us posted on how things were going, including pictures. She never hesitated to contact us with questions. I would certainly call upon her services again, if needed.
