Hi there, my name is Haylee! There is no doubt animals have always been my true calling. Over the course of my life, I have owned dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, rats, reptiles, fish, snails, sea monkeys... you get the point. When I was younger, I would bring home every stray & injured animal, and my mom would say, “Haylee, you cannot save them all!” Now, all my family and friends call me “Snow White,” and I’m okay with that! It was my dream when I was in grade school to become a veterinarian, but I realized the emotional toll would be a bit much for me after my family had to put down my beloved Brittany Spaniel, Buddy. At 15, I volunteered for a dog rescue in California called Copper’s Dream. I helped with adoption events and finding fosters for homeless dogs. It was then I realized helping and caring for animals can come in a variety of ways. Now, I am living my dream life! I live in North Salt Lake with my two German Wirehaired Pointers, Guinness & Emmylou, my cats, Kalispell & Nala, and my rescue pigeon Tipsy– they are the loves of my life. I started my own fur-fun pet sitting business called Wags to Whiskerz and I am having the time of my life caring for my client’s fur babies. Life is so amazingly good!
