I am upset to leave this review but I feel that others should be aware, especially if they are anxious about leaving their pets. I booked Hattie for 5 nights and unfortunately had to terminate services after one night while I was on the other side of the country. We wrote a detailed note with instructions for the dogs that were completely over looked. I asked that she sleep with the dogs, but my spare bedroom was a disaster and she slept in there instead. I asked that the doors in the house remain shut because I didn’t want my dogs getting into things while she was at work. Every door was left open. Items accessible in those rooms were flea/tick meds, heartworm meds, peroxide etc. Make up was left on the couch for about 12 hours while she was at work which my 2 labs could have gotten into. I also asked that she add me on Snapchat so I could stay updated. She agreed but was extremely misleading about the time she spent with the dogs. She snapped me a photo of them after work but had someone in the car waiting with the car running and then instantly left. When I called her she ignored the call and eventually called back 10 minutes later with an excuse to why she had to leave. The only reason I know this is because my co worker agreed to check in on the dogs at lunch breaks. I understand it might seem like specific instructions but we had met several times prior and she was comfortable with everything we discussed. I believe in honest mistakes but the carelessness could harm my pets.

Hattie took great care of Maggie during my busy work week. She was communicative over text, on time and very considerate.
