Welcoming and enthusiastic dog sitter/dog walker!

Pet care experience

This is a joint profile with me and my partner Chloe. Chloe has lived with dogs her whole life, whereas I have only had that privilege for the past 5 years. We look forward to welcoming new canine companions big or small and will happily accommodate the needs of our new guests.

Harrison and Chloe looked after Honey, my familys 1 year old labrador, for 2 nights earlier this year. They were attentive to her needs and it was obvious she enjoyed their company as she was very tired on our return. We feel very comfortable leaving Honey with Harrison and Chloe in the future and recommend them to anyone in search of a dog sitter/dog walker.

Harrison has always been a very compassionate and caring pet lover! I always trust him to take care of my own dog in a loving manner whenever I am away. Upon my return my dog always appears well loved and cared for. Which is just the confidence I need when leaving my beloved pet for a short while. Overall I would recommend Harrison as a lovely chap and a very competent dog handler. Providing me with invaluable peace of mind when I am away from my beloved dog.

Harrison was patient and attentive in listening to our dogs needs and how best to take care of her. She is nervous and usually takes time to adjust to new people and surroundings but his calm approach worked well. Mysef and my partner felt very comfortable leaving our dog in his care.

We were slightly nervous about going on holiday and leaving the welfare of our pet with others , but Harrison + Chloe stayed at our house and looked after our cat so well , I think he was more upset that they left than we had come back from our holidays. Highly recommend them both to look after your pet if you're going away.

A typical day

I love to simulate our dogs with new walks and new games. On top of the access to our garden we will provide at least 3 walks a day during the week. On weekends longer walks to the dales or along yorkshires river banks are a family favourite.

I work 8-5 Monday to Friday but my partner Chloe works from home and is able to give the dogs regular attention and garden breaks. The walking schedule is flexible but our normal routine is a one morning 30 min walk, one lunchtime 30 min walk and one evening 60 min walk. Weekends are often filled with longer walks in our nearby fields or river banks, giving the dogs plenty of opportunity to burn off that energy.
