I grew up with a Shelty/Shepard mix family dog on a farm in CT. I would also spend a lot of time at a childhood friends house, where they had two mastiffs, two labs, greyhounds and terriers! I learned from an early age to respect animals, and treat them well. Putting your dog in someone else's care, even for 30 minutes is a lot of responsibility. Dogs are more than just pets, they have unique personalities and needs. Some dogs like to go on trail runs, others are happy just going on walks or playing tug of war with their favorite toy. My partner has used rover for over two years and I'm just now joining, but I am familiar with the expectations and above all I love working with dogs. I am a musican, and have a teaching degree from the University of Connecticut, but currently perform in a nationally touring band. I love dogs, and enjoy having the time when I'm off from tour to hang out with them. I am free during the day for walks and sit ins, but weekends can bit a little tough. Looking forward to talking!
