Pet care experience
I have taken care of a variety of dogs at different stages of life since teenage years. I have experience with both elderly dogs and puppies - walking, feeding and bathing. I have a Bichon whom I groom myself, I’ve looked after very unwell dogs/puppies with a variety of health issues such as diabetes, cancer, and issues from being born at a puppy farm. I have experience with small dogs such as chihuahua’s (having a pomchi myself) and large dogs such as St Bernard’s. I work from home with my 1 year old son whom absolutely loves dogs of all sizes! We regularly go for walks together and have plenty of time for play and cuddles! I have a fenced garden with my gate padlocked for extra security. I do usually allow my dogs to sleep in my bed with me or in their bed in my sons room, although I’d be happy to crate or leave downstairs if you’d prefer. Of a night time I allow the dogs to be able to move freely so they have easy access to food and water during the night or go and sleep on the sofa if and when they want. However I can shut the stairs door if this is more suitable for your pooch.

Henry has returned home as though he has been cared for like a family member, this very different from how he behaved on his returned from a stay in kennels. After kennels he was very needy and wanted constant reassurance for several days, coming back from Harriet’s he was giddy reassuring himself he was home but then he is totally relaxed and is busy snoring away in his favourite location Absolutely delighted with his care
Looks after Rocky extremely well. He enjoys going there and comes back to us happy and healthy. We get constant updates and photos sent, which reassures us.

I have a secure fenced and padlocked garden, two small friendly dogs and my son is very friendly and well behaved with dogs. The front door is attached to my front room. However I do keep the door locked throughout the day and night.

Please let me know if there any special requirements, such as dietary, or medication. If I could also be made aware of your usual routine at home, and what level of training your dog has - for example recall (off lead walks) and other commands they know.
A typical day
We are usually up early in the morning, after being let out in the garden whilst I and my son get ready, we go for a walk to a local field where we can play catch/fetch. When home, we will have lots of cuddles and play tug of war, among other games. We will then go for an evening walk somewhere different. Depending on the weather we will go to the Severn Valley Country Park for a larger walk during the day instead.

I work from home so have plenty of time for cuddles and walks. We have a morning walk and evening walk usually, and have plenty of play around lunch time.
