When the veterinarian did the first checkup on my first dog, she said to my dog, Ozzie, "You're a lucky dog!" Later I worked in a non-clinical role at the NC State University College of Veterinary Medicine where I worked with pet lovers like myself. I have always loved dogs and will love yours.
