Harold is an incredible human being with such a sweet kindness that’s ideal for customer service. He has great attention to detail and often sends picture updates when I miss my furry little at home. My cat has especially “unique” personality and requires lots of physical attention, love, and outside time. He will visit her daily and hang out with her so she is not only fed and watered, but is loved and cared for while I’m away. I can tell when I come back, as she is very vocal when she has been starved for attention. When I return when harold watches her, there is a marked difference because of the time and effort he puts in sharing the best cuddles with my fur baby.
