Pet care experience
I've been caring for and training dogs since I got my first dog when I was 5 years old. I have raised two guide dog puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind and cared for dogs for the organization for over 5 years. I also have 5+ years of experience pet sitting with references available upon request. I have cared for dogs of all sizes but because I have two Great Danes, I am not comfortable having small dogs (under 20 lbs) in my home. I'm happy to walk or provide drop in visits for dogs of all sizes though!

Hannah was a great dog sitter! It's nice to get daily updates when you're out of town, and nice to know he was well cared for! She's definitely a sitter I trust and would seek out again to take care of my fur baby. I also really enjoyed the daily photos of my dog :)
Hannah responded to my initial inquiry within just a few minutes and was super-flexible on the location of our meet n greet. She took great care of Evie and sent texts and a picture while were gone. Hannah was flexible for pick up time which was very helpful.
Hannah has taken care of my dog many times when I had to be out of town. She is very attune to the needs of my specific dog and her unique needs. It is comforting to know that when I can't be with my dog for a few days that she is well cared for.

All dogs have quirks and I would greatly appreciate knowing about any of your dogs quirks before they stay with me. Also, confirmation that your pet is up to date on vaccines and is OK to be around other dogs would be great as I do have other dogs. I don't have breed preferences however I do have 2 Great Danes and have a serious soft spot for very large breed dogs!
A typical day
There are several neighborhoods around my house that are great for walking through, I'm minutes from two great dogs parks and a few hiking trails so there are plenty of places to explore and play! I also enjoy teaching dogs simple games to keep busy and work their brains such as hide and seek.
