Pet care experience
I have grown up with pets my whole life and assisted friends with their well-loved pets when they were away. I am comfortable taking care of multiple large dogs at a time, small dogs, animals with specific health concerns, and indoor/outdoor cats and dogs. I would say I have a good sense of what an animal needs from me at any given moment and rely on that to create a great relationship with them. In my own life, I have had the pleasure to live with and take care of 1 indoor/outdoor cat, 1 indoor cat, 1 blind cat, 2 german shepherds, 2 beagles, 2 labs, 1 pitbull, 2 chihuahuas, 1 Shiba inu, 1 Maltese and 1 hamster (they count too right?) and they have all been the best.

I like to take time to familiarize myself with any new pet and then go into playing or petting them for as long as their attention span will hold. I like to leave places tidy when I leave so there should be no worries about toy/accident clean up when you get back.

I would like to know about their personality and if there is anything they especially dislike so it can be avoided in advance. Also if there are any special commands or routines you would like me to stick to so they don’t get confused while I’m with them.
A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood, dog parks, swimming if there is a pool available, fun little training sessions and general games to keep them mentally active as well.

Availability
Most days I am up early so I can do any morning, day, or night “shift” you may need and prefer to make a habit out of taking care of whatever my pet’s needs are before my own.
