Pet care experience
I grew up with a Siberian Husky and Golden/Lab mix and now I have 2 Scottish Terriers, so I am comfortable with small breeds, large breeds, and anything in between! I have my B.A. and am now a working professional but looking to continue pet sitting as I love animals. I am responsible, hard working, and working with animals has always been a passion of mine. In the past I have also volunteered at my local animal hospital and I had an internship at a local animal shelter as part of a school class. I love any and all animals; I am comfortable with dogs, cats, rodents, birds, horses, you name it, I love it. I am looking to work as a walker/sitter on Rover because I am passionate about animals and providing excellent care for them.

Hannah is always amazing, thoughtful and considerate. We were gone for 9 days. She went above and beyond taking care of our Chyna girl. She had her stay the night with her multiple nights to prevent loneliness and it was honestly, the comfort we needed. Hannah will take care of your fur babies like they are her own. We can’t thank her enough!

I have a gated entry way to where I live so pets are safe from street traffic. In clients homes, I follow whatever rules are suggested by the client and make sure to keep an eye on the pets both physically and mentally. If I see anything worrisome, I let the owner know right away.

I would need to know about any medical or behavioral issues your dog may have. Anything you would tell a boarding facility. I usually ask for a list of emergency contacts and local vet/emergency vet in the area.
A typical day
I really enjoy going to dog parks or going to the beach with my dogs! Sometimes my dogs just want to hang out at home, in which case I’m happy to do that too.
