I would leave 0 if I could. We picked Hannah due to her 5 star reviews, but had a very different experience. Hannah was supposed to house sit our 2 cats during Thanksgiving week. The agreed upon expectations was she would be staying in the house, had no plans, and would be here most of the day to be with them. That did not happen even once. She showed up several hours late on day 1 only after we reached out asking where she was. She showed up then print left again until later that night. The next morning she left immediately after feeding them in the morning, came back to feed them dinner and then left again and came back late to sleep. She then told us she wouldn't be able to feed them dinner the next day because she was going to be fine until 9pm. We had to get friends to step in and feed the cats, and she ended up being gone until 10pm that day. Our friends found that she kept old stale food in the bowls and just piled new food on top which lead to the cats not eating at all. She followed all of this up that same night with messaging us that she no longer wanted to stay at our house, just show up for feedings. We were 12 hours away and she told us this at 10pm. We had to drive home the day before Thanksgiving. We paid for an in home sitter because our cats need someone around, and she failed to do that on many levels and the level of care she provided while here was less than mediocre.

Excellent service easy to book and she works holidays ! I have a Great Dane that weights over a 100 pounds so she definitely can watch or walk big dogs.
