Hannah did a great job taking care of my puppies again, she communicated in timely manner and send numerous pictures of my dogs. I’m sure they all had a great time together

Hannah may be a good sitter at other times, but the stars did not align for this booking. She came for the meet and greet which was great, but then inquired about cancelling the booking the night before we left because she had COVID. We agreed to still do the booking because we wouldn't be at risk but she was very unreliable. She was about six hours late to get there the first night after saying she was on her way, she had visitors come to the house, and she did not walk our dog often. She also slept in our bedroom and used our bathroom, despite having a clean guest room and bathroom prepared for her. She left the house dirty and cigarette butts all over the back yard. We had to scramble to wash our sheets when we returned home late at night after our trip because she had slept in our bed.
