I am extremely committed to the ethical treatment of animals with consideration for human- animal bonds. I believe our pets are our babies, and genuinely love each and every one I meet like my own. Given my line of work, I have acquired a strong set of skills that clients find highly beneficial. I am comfortable administering all types of medication, am proficient regarding special dietary needs, can provide basic wound care, and have a strong understanding of different pet breeds and temperaments. I have also worked as a professional groomer, and possess a strong knowledge of allergies, skin-irritation, special shampoo and conditioner needs, etc. In addition, I grew up on a farm that housed chickens, donkeys, pigs, horses and goats. This environment is what led me to understand that working with and being around animals is my passion, as much of the maintenance and care was my responsibility. I currently live in a three bedroom home with an unfenced yard. It is set off of a quiet street that is perfect for walks! I have two babies of my own, Heinz is a Flat-Coated/ Golden Retriever mix, and Little Sun is a Domestic Longhair. Both are extremely friendly and comfortable with other animals, dog or cat. They are very accustomed to mommy bringing animals dropped off at the Vet to house until we found them a forever home!
