This was our first time hiring a dog walker and we were a little nervous about trusting "a stranger" to care for our dog, enter our home, etc. But Hannah was FANTASTIC -- so reliable and trustworthy. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of Chester's care and her prompt and thoughtful communication with us. Hannah arrived on time every day, got Chester out for nice, long walks (on several days, lucky Chester even got little extra walking than we expected!). Hannah also sent us happy pictures of him enjoying his post-walk treats. We loved the Rover.com maps of Chester's walks too. Because of Hannah, we're now much more relaxed about leaning on Rover.com dog walkers in general for help -- but honestly, we'll be looking to hire back Hannah in the future :) Great experience.
