Hannah has become a trusted member of our little cat famliy and our first pick for drop-in visits for our cat while we are away from home. Our cat usually hides when there is someone new in the house, but Hannah has won him over and he now comes to the door to greet her. She is a pro, always consistent in care and communication. We have a security system which she had to learn to use and has never had an issue. We have always come home to a purring happy cat. Drop-ins work well for us too because we can leave him in an familiar environment and he gets daily care, attention and play time. We are so grateful to Hannah as we can relax on our trip knowing our cat is 100% cared for.

This was my first really negative experience with a sitter. Did not come at the check in times that I specified or confirm with me that was okay to do. Did not fully clean/throw away litter box containments as our sitter that took over for this one said the bag was completely full. No longer wanted to watch my cat after the first day….added so much unnecessary stress to my vacation. Do not recommend for cat owners.
